Step 1:Download Picup for free from the App Store [Direct Link]

Step 2: Put icons in wiggle mode and navigate to the last empty homescreen, then take a screenshot. Now, click on this link to go to iEmpty. (Continue reading instructions)

Step 3: Upload your photo using the green upload button. Tap on "Open" to open up Picup. Choose your screenshot from the camera roll, then tap on "Upload Files."

Step 4: Tap on "Let's GO!" Now, tap on a grid position on the screenshot. Next, tap on the share button in Safari and select "Add to homescreen."

Step 5: Put blank icon in "wiggle mode" and move to the chosen position.
